Accept the fact that you and your life are going to change...

Accept the fact that you and your life are going to change...
If you are on this path of healing from tension induced pain And if you just wanted one little tidbit of information to help you---it's this.

Accept the fact that in order to heal--reverse the pain disorder, that you and your life are going to change...And you may not like all the changes. And those around you make not like all the changes. But this is a must if you want to end the pain and it is Truth.

What do I mean by changes?
--The way you think
--The way you live un-conciously or un-mindfully of who you are being
--The amount of energy you are going to have to put into watching and listening to your inner chatter.
--The amount of energy/determination you are going to use to stop and change this pain generating chatter
--The fact you may have to get up 30 min. or 1 hours earler every day to journal or do yoga. And start doing this every day instead of 2x, 3x week.
--The fact you must quit searching for another doctor, treatment, fix of the pain...The fact you must get off the addictive message boards that are serving only to feed your searching/wondering/doubting habit.
--The fact that you may have to open up to yourself and too others...I mean really open up.
And the fact you may have to do All of these things moment to moment with complete acceptance and gratitude. Period. Without asking "how long to I have to do this" or "when will I know this is working" bs. what if you had to do this for the rest of your life? would it be worth it if you were pain free?

the ones that are right now saying to themselves "that's all I have to do" and they start immidiately....they get it.

the ones that are right now saying..."that's too hard, I've tried that, it didn't work"...that's a excuse, that is sabatoging your healing path.
